Hello Church : Helpful software for busy church leaders

Hello Church has been built from the ground up to support small churches.

Designed to offer a range of useful tools for busy church leaders, Hello Church will help you save time and stay on top of those everyday tasks.

Hello Church is developed by Jack Barber, an elder at Grace Church Loftus. I know first hand how demanding church leadership can be. I’ve designed Hello Church to meet the specific needs of small congregations and their busy leaders.

Contacts

Add individual contacts, including contact details and communication preferences. Connect family members together so it’s easy to see those who are related.

Groups

Create groups to support your church ministries and operations. Groups could include those in leadership roles or those serving as part of a team, such as music or welcoming.

Communication

Share information quickly and easily by email. Include ESV Bible passages along with text, links, files and more. Send to individual contacts, groups or your whole church.

Calendar

Define individual or repeat events (such as Sunday services). Assign contacts to roles and quickly create rotas and digital service plans to help keep things organised.

Documents

Store important documents centrally. Organise documents within folders and assign documents to contacts, groups and events to make them easy to find.

Media

Upload your sermons and easily share recordings with your church. Make your sermons easy to find by sharing them via YouTube or your own website or social media accounts.
