What is FileHold ?

FileHold is a document management software. It allows users to convert their paper documents into a large and secure electronic database. All employees with access to the platform can add and control the added documents.

What are FileHold’s functionalities?

• The software is used to digitize and scan company documents. This allows them to gain efficiency and save money (paper usage costs).
• In addition, the platform has an archiving functionality. Users can create specific criteria (type of document, age of the document, active or inactive, etc…).
• Finally the software allows all users to approve new documents.

The FileHold suite can easily be used by Microsoft Office users, but also exists as an app for smartphones.
