Schedule: Olivia is integrated with automatic interview scheduling, right over text, and then reminders for both the candidate and recruiter. If a candidate is a no-show or needs to reschedule, don’t worry, Olivia does all of that automatically. Then when you’re ready for the actual interview, Olivia integrates with all of your existing platforms, like Skype, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and more, even allowing you to have mutliple people on the same call across multiple platforms.

Care: In order to get good and qualfied employees, they have to be taken care of when they’re applicants.
